SeaPak Shrimp Scampi Review

Photobucket
I love shrimp and I love garlic. So, naturally I love Shrimp scampi. When my family went on a vacation to Virginia Beach, we went to this little seafood restaurant. I decided to order shrimp scampi and when it came out it was not the shrimp scampi I was used to. It was made with a product I love so it was pretty good it was just a little disappointing because it wasn’t what I was expecting. Who knew there was more than one way to make shrimp scampi? Well my friend there is. I prefer the garlic shrimp scampi to the other kind because the other kind is reserved for steamed shrimp in my opinion.

When I had the opportunity to review a Seapak product of my choice I was really excited. There were so many different choices in the store. There was popcorn shrimp, butterfly shrimp, coconut shrimp and of course shrimp scampi. I decided on shrimp scampi. I also decided I needed some noodles to go with it. I came up with a delicious recipe that feeds two people which would cost $30 in a nice restaurant for the fraction of the price. It is just as good if not better. It is so easy to make too. Dinner in 15 minutes can’t beat that.

Sheila’s Shrimp Scampi with noodles

1 box of Seapak Shrimp Scampi

1 box of Garlic and Olive oil vermicelli Pastaroni Pasta

First prepare the pasta per the directions on the box

While the pasta is cooking follow the directions on the box of SeaPak Shrimp Scampi
After they are both cooking add the pasta to the skillet of shrimp and stir

If you don’t want all the buttery sauce you can remove some of it from the shrimp

Enjoy.

How easy is that? It tastes like you have been cooking all day or you are a gourmet chef. I hope you all try it and let me know what you think.

The Shrimp Scampi was so good. The shrimp was full of garlic flavor but not too over powering either. It is a great go to meal that doesn’t take very long to make. The shrimp is done in like 8 minutes! Seapak uses quality shrimp and fine ingredients in all of their products. They also make popcorn shrimp; when I was little I loved popcorn shrimp. It reminds me of going to Red Lobster when I was little with my grandma whenever I eat it. The popcorn shrimp is really inexpensive too. It is delicious. I really enjoy eating Seapak products. I hope you check them out the next time you are in the mood for seafood.

Check out the website for some great recipes using SeaPak products.

You can find SeaPak at most groceries stores in the frozen seafood section.

Thank you to SeaPak for sending me a coupon to sample SeaPak for my review purposes.

  1. it's not sauce, it's all butter(grease) the greasiest scampi I have seen. I couldn't finish it. Next time I'll drain about 2/3 of it before adding it to pasta.
