All about astral projection

Astral voyage or astral projection is a process during which your soul detaches from your body but it remains connected to brain. It usually happens during the night or while meditation. There are a lot of people who experience astral projection all the time but they are unable to recall it given that their brain doesn’t use enough inner conscious. In other words, we are unable to get inner feelings, thought and sensations from our inner brain.

For example, when we walk and see a tree, our brain registers it through eyesight and main memory of our brain remembers this occurrence as it sees it as important one. Otherwise, it will completely forget the event. In this case, consciousness appears in a way so that when we see a tree, not only will we remember it, but we will also think about it, experience it, be aware of the fact that this tree is very old, that it has survived numerous storms, that it has deep roots spreading throughout the ground absorbing the water etc. In that way, our consciousness affects and fills our memory taking us to another plain of copiousness.

Astral projection is very similar to this tree example: our main memory doesn’t have consciousness so it cannot remember the things that our inner soul experienced. People with psychic abilities get a special type of a feeling during sleep or mediation and this feeling will allow them to develop consciousness realizing that they are within a dream.

When you realize this, your dream will most likely disappear or you will continue dreaming being able to mold your experience according to your will (lucid dreams). Sometimes, you might enter a state where your brain will wake up before your body. This way, you will be able to think straight but your body will be paralyzed, your eyes will be opened and all you will see is a blurry image of a room which may seem as a dream. This state may be nice for a while but as you get a desire to wake up, you will likely experience some of the most disturbing moments of your life given that you will be unable to wake up instantly.

You might try to move your hands and feet but you won’t be able to do it. In the end, panic will envelop your body making you tremble. After shaking it off, you will wake up and for a while, you won’t be able to comprehend what has happened. Try writing down your experience. If you continue sleeping in the morning, it may feel as a part of the dream. When you reach this state, you are at a verge of astral projection.

First sign of astral projection is strong and pleasant tingling all over your body followed by sense of levitation as if you are leaving your body and rising half meter or meter above the ground. After that, you will experience small issues, that is, you won’t know how to move or what to do. Your perspective will completely change and it will be very confusing for your brain to see a 360 degrees image.

Based on these problems, you will most likely start floating around uncontrollably, in different direction and speed, passing through walls, falling down only to rise up again etc. You will require some time to get used to it. When you get a desire to return to your body, all you have to do is approach it and you will automatically return to it, which will again be followed by a strong tingling sensation.

Here are some of the rules you have to abide by while doing your first astral voyage:
Don’t go far away from your body especially not farther from your home as there is a chance you cannot get back to your body due to your inexperience. If you hear some voices, return to your body immediately. Also, if you see some odd looking creatures, return to your body immediately.

With these tips, you should be ready for your first psychic experience as you set off to your first astral projection. Have fun and make sure to stay safe!
